3. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by any redirection delay of incorrectly addressed e-mail.
   
4. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by withdrawal or interruption of this service by our website hosting company.
   
5. If this service is withdrawn by our website hosting company a pro rata refund of the annual subscription will be refunded.
   
6. Your Whetstone e-mail address will be activated upon receipt of your annual subscription, when your unique address will be reserved for you.
   
7. You will be informed of the subscription renewal one month prior to the due date.
   
8. If a subscription is not renewed the address will be deactivated.
